2. Products & Orders

Product availability is subject to stock. We strive to provide accurate descriptions, colors, and sizes, but actual products may slightly differ.

Prices are listed in LKR (Sri Lankan Rupees) or as specified on the website. We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice.

By placing an order, you agree to provide accurate information, including your delivery address and payment details.

All Thaynwave products are trademark-registered under Sri Lankan law, and their design, logo and branding are protected. Unauthorized use of our trademarks is prohibited.

3. Payment

We accept payments through our secure online payment partners.

All payments must be completed before dispatch of orders.

Thaynwave is not responsible for payment failures caused by third-party gateways.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery timelines are estimates. We are not liable for delays caused by shipping partners, customs or natural events.

Shipping costs are as specified at checkout.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery addresses.

5. Returns & Exchanges

Returns/exchanges are accepted within 7 days of receiving the product, provided items are unused, unwashed and in original packaging.

Customized or personalized products cannot be returned unless defective.

Refunds will be processed through the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, images, and designs on this website are owned by Thaynwave Pvt Ltd.

All products and branding are trademark-registered under Sri Lankan law.

You may not copy, reproduce, or use our intellectual property without our written permission.

We are not responsible for misuse of products or injury resulting from improper use.
