At Thaynwave, we want every customer to love what they wear.
If your order doesn’t fit or feel right, we’ll make it right quickly and easily.
● You can return or exchange any item within 7 days of delivery.
● Items must be unworn, unwashedand include original tags and packaging.
● Choose between a full refund, store credit, or a free exchange (we cover both-way delivery for exchanges – T & C )
● Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days once we receive your return.
● If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 3 days — we will replace or refund it immediately.
